If you select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" then you should be able to get to a command prompt. in the command prompt type:
net user Administrator *and press enter. If it asks for a password, and/or a confirmation password just don't type anything and press enter. That will remove your Administrator password. Then you can login as the administrator as shown in the video.
